Your satisfaction
is guaranteed with all the items you have purchased. All items are inspected
prior to shipping to ensure that they are free from defects.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, there may be slight imperfections,
spots, color or pattern variations, which should not be considered as
manufacturing defects, but the character of the piece.
If you are not satisfied with the design, workmanship or quality, you
may return an undamaged/uninstalled/unused item for a full refund within
7 days from the date of delivery.
Before you return any item, you must contact us for a return code within
3 days from delivery. Provide us your Invoice# and the reason for return.
Returned items may take up to 3 weeks to be credited.
If you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours
from delivery, and we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of an
identical/similar item.
You will not be responsible for any additional Shipping & Insurance
charges for items that are delivered to you damaged, when a replacement
is accepted by the customer.
Any item which has been modified, altered, installed and/or used can
not be issued a refund. We will only issue refunds for items that are
returned in a safe and undamaged condition, therefore insurance is recommended
for return shipments.
Shipping & Insurance fees are not refundable on returns/exchanges.
The customer must return an item in "as-shipped" condition
with the original packaging.
We do not apply any re-stocking or return penalty fees as long as the
product is returned according to our saticfaction guarantee terms.
AHK guarantees all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship
for one (1) year from the original date of purchase(not the date of
installation). The warranty on a replacement product is also from the
original purchase date. This limited warranty extends to the first customer/owner
only.
All of our Handcrafted Products are made by master artisans who have
got their skills as a heritage from their predecessors.
The manufacturing process which has remained the same through ages is
mainly based on skills and patience.
Due to hand made nature of our products, Especially Glass Vessel Sinks,
no two pieces (even with the same color codes) are identical, as slight
variations in patterns, colors and/or dimensions are unavoidable. This
gives each and every piece the characteristic of being unique.
Glass products
should be cleaned with an ammonia-free glass cleaner by spraying on
a soft cloth then wiping the polished surface. Nonpolished surfaces
should be cleaned with only water.
Metal Patina finishes on Bronze, Copper, and Brass products are decorative
finishes that require special caring by the owner, and not covered by
our limited warranty.
Exterior
damages that include but are not limited to surface scratches, chips,
dents that are caused by regular wear and tear, incorrect installation
parts/methods, overtightening the drain, and thermal schocking (extreme
temperatures change of the water) are not covered by our limited warranty.
Absolutely
no returns/exchanges are allowed after installation (except in case
of damage with which proper installation was used).
AHK will not accept liability for any damages caused through failure
of products supplied. The liability of our products is limited to the
extend of a replacement of the original purchased product.
Similarly,
claims for labor, shipping cost, incidential or consequental damages
will not be accepted.
As with any other plumbing product, AHK recommends hiring qualified
and licensed professionals to install our products. Incorrect installation
methods and/or parts used by unqualified and/or inexperienced installers
are not covered by our limited warranty.
By purchasing
a product from AHK, the buyer clearly understands and agrees on these
